I usually stay clear of Walmart because I hate going there a lot of the people that go there are annoying they trash the place and act like they are shopping at Nordstroms and everyone needs to get out of their way. The employees are just horrible they dont care about anything. So today I stop by because I was looking for some cheap fake plants. Oh was that a mistake and I will now never go there. I go in and the place was tore up stuff every where like I expected. So I walk up to the pet section and at this one the fish section is smaller than most but I walk by the tanks and I see a girl with a net just playing with the fish and no one around. Then I look at the tanks and in one tank I see about 75% of the fish dead on the bottom. One tank I see a Mollie, some sort of what looked like a Killi, and a Demonsi in the same tank. And another with black skirt tetras with a gourami. I then walk past a section that has Bettas. Only two of the containers had Bettas that were alive and they looked horrible and the water was just as bad. and in one of the containers there was two dead Bettas in one. It was like someone knew they were dead but didnt want to dispose of it. I just couldnt believe what I saw there.

Re: Walmart
I actually wonder on a regular basis why walmart messes with livestock anymore. It seems like a relic of the old "pre-super" walmart days. I figure that if they are going to get rid of their sewing department, they might as well drop the fish dept. as well.Experiencing an aquatic renaissance!

Re: Walmart
because the is in the accessories.'Dear Lord,' the minister began, with arms extended toward heaven and a rapturous look on his upturned face. 'Without you, we are but dust ...'
He would have continued but at that moment my very obedient daughter who was listening leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in her shrill little four-year old girl voice, 'Mom, what is butt dust?'

Re: Walmart
Almost wanted to take them all and try to rescue them but then I realized I have no where for them and they wouldnt let me just have them.

Truth is the cement that holds the bricks and stones of a sane and civilized society together. Remove the former and the latter will crumble.
