From what I saw on the menu there's also Teriyaki, Tempura and I'm sure they have the beef slices you cook on a stone.

nah, we don't have hot rock beef yet, we are waiting for the bussiness to pick up before we try that item, those stones cost quite a lot...

I'm pretty sure I'm coming, and Jeebus is pretty sure he's not coming!  He doesn't like sushi or seafood.  But we'll see its 2 weeks away.

i love fowls... i had some dove like few months back, some customer goes to hunt all the time, and got us some, it was good, we had the breast meat, stuffed in jalapeno, cream cheese, cajun spice and wrapped in bacon... then grilled...

Hmm... that sounds different.

I picked off a few doves not too long ago with my .22 but pops sauteed them in a bit of curry, lemon grass, salt and some beer.

oh, that sounds good too, they don't have that much flavor... so i guess any way to cook them is all good just as long as they are not over cooked...  the stuffed japapeno usuly goes with quail or seafood....  but works well with dove just fine...
