Oven-Fried Pecan Catfish
3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/3 cup milk
2 oz pecans, choped fine
1# catfish filet
12oz butternut squash (canned)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
preheat oven 450F
mix mustard & milk
coat catfish with mix & roll in pecans
place on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes
nuke squash & sprinkle with cinnamon

Garlic mashed potatoes
Fresh spinach, not canned, with freshly fried bacon for extra flavor and
Fresh rolls with garlic butter topping
Absolutely nothing healthy here, except maybe the garlic. Oh and Bluebell vanilla with pineapple ice cream drenched with chocolate syrup for desert.Reasoning with some people is like trying to nail jello to a wall...Comment
