CrockPot Recipes?

So.... I have always wanted a CrockPot for whatever reason I do not know and at the Xmas party at work instead of winning the many cool gifts like Xbox360 and Wii I win this CrockPot.

Now I need to use the thing properly to make it worth it's space that it's taking up on the counter.

Anyone have some killer recipes they wanna share?

Not a killer recipe, but it's kinda hard to mess up with a crock pot. Just toss in a roast, potatoes, carrots, onions and some spices and let it cook all day. That's what I use mine for mostly. There are lots of sites that have tons of crock pot recipes. Here's one:

Ek, i'll send you this texas chili pasta recipe my mom kidnapped from james coney island...i make it in my crockpot 24/7.

My favorite dinner growing up, I still enjoy it today, I like to mash everything together and pour on the pepper and a couple non healty dabs of butter.....ummmmmmm....

There SO MANY things you can do with a crock pot.

One of my favorites is to take a few chicken breasts, pound them flat, put some feta and basil on top of it and roll them up like little tacos. Put them side by side in the crock pot with a can of tomatoes and a little olive oil, cook on low for 3 hrs and YUMMY!

I think it's the whole time limit thing that is messing me up.

I keep trying to leave this stuff cooking overnight (which is only like 8hrs max for me) I don't see how 3hrs on low could fully cook some chicken for instance.

I'm gonna try and cook something again this weekend gotta start getting them right though cause the fiance ain't havin me was so much food to the trash anymore.

Why don't you google crock pot recipes? You'll get a ton of them. My 2 crock pots rock.

Ive got a lengua recipe that really good,cooks overnight and makes you hungry all night long(smelling good). Ill give it to you next time I see you.
