Actually, while I use my biting wit and finely tuned sarcasm to express my displeasure, I am a grownup and police myself. If others don't, members need to notify them they are over the line.
However, I have recieved vicious PMs after doing that, so there are obviously members that need "policing".
I am seriously dissapointed we can't have group discussions about things we care about beyond fish because we might get rude or mean. We're supposed to be grown up enough to post unsupervised, and credit should be given for those who can post civilly while explaining to someone why and how they are totally wrong and misguided.
Isn't that so, Charles and Delock? Darbex, you agree? Am I right once again???
( That's rhetorical, BTW.)

In my opinion, presenting a question with subject content related to politics was calling for open season in the first place.
However, in light of what we have seen in the past, I thought, in regards to the Inauguraton thread, most of the comments were "mild" in their content, and far from inappropriate.
True, the thread was heating up, but it wasn't hot enough to bring down the tower, if you get my point. (little conspiracy poke there)
