I dont know how many of you have heard on the news yesterday about the 3 year old little girl that was tragically killed in SouthEast Houston - but it was my bestfriends daughter. An unfortunate accident in their driveway took her life. Everyone is completely devastated. She was such a beautiful little girl that was taken too soon. I know times are very hard for everyone right now, but if anyone would like to donate to help the family please let me know. You can contact me through PM or see us at the GHAC Swap on Sat. You can donate whatever you feel comfortable with - any amount will help. If you'd like it can be a check or moneyorder made out to the family (I will provide you the name privately) or cash. We can either meet at the GHAC Swap & Sell or we will drive to you - doesn't matter. We just want to help our friends/family with their loss.

This kind of tragedy happens all the time and its a shame that many of us, me included, grow numb when seeing or hearing about something like this unless you are directly affected...ie family member or friend.

Dont believe what the media is saying. Each news station has a different story of what happened and all of them got their stories from people that "claim" to have seen everything. One of the guys that keeps talking to the media wasn't even home when it happened!! To my husband, my kids and I - we lost a family member. We will see what we have to bring to the swap - all funds received will be donated to the family.
