I do like how the media is making up that this is completely unconstitutional because a judge put a hold on theoretical impacts.

They have orders to paint the prettiest picture possible for the public..major media outfits are owned by the elite ....you are responsible for knowing that what the justice dept did is illegal and unconstitutional...

Truth is the cement that holds the bricks and stones of a sane and civilized society together. Remove the former and the latter will crumble.

If you or I are pulled over and the officer takes our driver's license back to his car to run it for warrants, how does that differ from what the new law does? So an Arizona police officer can check the license of a white, black or obviously non-hispanic and it's acceptable.

What are the facts? Again and again and again--what are the facts? Shun wishful thinking, ignore devine revelation, forget what "the stars foretell", avoid opinion, care not what the neighbors think, never mind the unguessable "verdict of history"--what are the facts, and to how many decimal places? You pilot always into an unknown future; facts are your only clue.

EXACTLY! And furthermore, if we are pulled over (or even approached on the street for any reason) and don't have a valid State Issued ID, the police are empowered by law to take us into custody to determine our identity and ensure we are not wanted.

It's absurd. As US citizens we are ALL required to carry "Papers" and in order to operate a motor vehicle you are required to have proper documentation, insurance, tax papers and licensing.

It's really a battle between the federal vs. state government's right to rule....it's been going on since 1776.

And you know who has been willing this whole time. Does the result really surprise you?

You're right, but the the issue was the right for states to choose slavery. States rights vs Federalism. Slavery was the key issue the states wanted control over.
