Please forgive my attitude lately....

I recently flew back to So Cal to bring my Mom back to live with me here in houston. I had been working temp jobs up until my flight and now that I am back and Mom is tucked safely away in what used to be my bedroom (downstairs master)
I've been back on the job hunt

Here's my rant....It drives me bonkers to scan over Craigslist every morning and see what looks like a fairly interesting job lead only to read that the employer is expecting the lucky canidate to be fluent in spanish.

I know it's just me and my experience, but it seems that every time I find a really interesting ad....somewhere in the requirements part...it will say...BE FLUENT IN SPANISH.....

well heck....it should be even since most spanish people speak no english...so why is it a requirement to speak their language if they don't speak ours....and "English" is the language of our region.....

hope your mood gets better ......i had to give up that "downstairs" paradise too......
