Why werent the managers and execs brought to court and charged. I have a hard time believing that an analyst had access to that much capital without anyone asking any questions or audit trails. I think execs knew but used him as a scape goat.

I would guess, that someone felt this man was very dangerous and wanted him put away and stripped of any means to be a loose cannon again.....who knows for sure.....First I had heard of this news.....

He gets made an example of, gets a minimal sentence, and the ones above keep their skirts clean. I like how he has to pay back the money in stead of the ones who actually profited. Does this ring a familiar bell for anyone? Ollie North took the fall for an entire administration and President.
