From the beginning I thought it was unconstitutional and flat out bad that we would allow our President to create quasi positions in the government with no check and balance and reports only to the president. Well Obama's former Auto Czar has just agreed to pay the SEC $6.2M for civil charges. We should not have allowed a criminal in a position of controlling the auto industry. If we had proper checks and balances of the Czars this wouldnt have happened.
