TUCSON, Ariz. -- One of the victims from the Tucson shootings has been arrested and involuntarily committed to a mental health facility, according to the Pima County Sheriff's Office.Eric Fuller was arrested Saturday after authorities said he shouted "You're dead" to Tea Party spokesman Trent Humphries, KPHO-TV in Phoenix reported.Humphries was speaking at a town hall event to discuss the shootings that happened a week earlier outside a Tucson Safeway store.Pima County sheriff's spokesman Jason Ogan said that Fuller has been charged with threats and intimidation and also will be charged with disorderly conduct.In addition, Ogan said Fuller has been involuntarily committed to a mental health facility.No further details on Fuller's commitment were immediately available.Fuller was one of 19 people shot by shooting suspect Jared Loughner.
