The only reason the TSA was required to be at the dance was because students were groped the year before by whomever was doing security. TSA was only to be there to ensure that no groping went on, as they were to instruct the faculty in proper non-groping groping procedures and monitor their efforts.

The bigger concern was that a high school requires pat downs to get into prom. How sad is that?
