I suppose if your a criminal government and your considering rounding up the patriot riff raff in your town/state, you had better limit the ammo supply since you can't take away their guns....makes perfect sense to me...

this is Nj only, although it opens the door to other states if adopted...we all har in texas dont giv a durn wut they do up yonder. the arms rights grabbers have tried this lately with army surplus cartiridge brass which is used by many reloaders
