I'm sure it's just PROBABLY just one of those "better safe than sorry" scenarios....but then again, you got to consider that invasive NDAA law that Obummer signed on the last day of 2011, and there's that little curious diddy about HomeLand Securtiy ordering 45 million rounds of 40 caliber ammo....heck, while we're at it, let's not forget the Fema Camps being readied and the government job listing for "enternment specialist" .....

Well, to be precise, it's not the military that has ordered the ammo, it was the Dept. of Homeland Security, and to make things even more interesting, the ammo is not regular practice type ammo, it's hallow points....

Who knows, maybe the order is just a "sham" to cover the cost of something entirely...?
