Old version's friend list?

No way to get this option back on with this version?

I really missed the ease of seeing which ones of my friends are online and PMing them by just clicking on their name.

If there is a way to shows the friends list on this please let me know.

i would like to have this back also but currently if you go to 'forums ' page then go to 'quick links' then open 'contacts pop up' this will open a small window with your friends.

Thanks, that was the workaround I was going to type. I don't have another solution yet.

Hey, have you guys used this buddy list much yet? I hadn't until tonight. It's actually pretty cool. If you have it opened and minimized, it'll pop to the front when one of your friends comes online. I'll still figure out how to add it to a static block, but just wanted to tell you guys that this one is actually pretty nice.
