So if a post gets locked and posts are deleted after the lock or someone deletes all post after a certain point for one reason or another does posters loose the posts on their count?

I know for a fact when the post is deleted your post count goes down. I had to delete something about a year ago (because of a double posting) and I noticed the person post count went down by 1.
