uploading pictures and video option

    uploading pictures and video option

    is it me or is anyone else having a problem with this option being slow or doesnt even want to load the pic or vid at all? i would put the URL in, click OK, then it wouldnt even do anything. not sure whats going on. the pictures arent that big also.

      It went right through for me. So you all are inserting image from URL? Are you checking the box that says to retrieve remote file and store locally? Just trying to figure out what is different between what we are doing.

        Im using the URL link to add pic. I leave everything how it is I just copy paste URL and click ok. It would go through sometimes but sometimes it wouldn't.

          Hmmm....okay, post here immediately after it happens again so I can get a time stamp and check the logs for errors.

            Heres a question,
            How can I upload sound only; wav, mp3, etc...?
            I tried conversions, win live maker to convert as video (for youtube link), zip folder as attachment, etc...
            Still nothing.

              I don't think the forum software supports that. You would have to host it someplace else and then post a link to it.

                I was afraid of that.
                Even youtube is giving me a headache.
                Prob make a still video and add the sound to it.

                  Converting it to Mp4, attaching a photo to it and uploading it to YT didn't work? It works for me. Then you just copy the url and paste it into the "Insert Video" option.
