I just think about hfb forum production for new users you should let them post and give the account a 1 week deadline to get at-least 10-20 post. If not no posting bst

That way it allows them to post while encouraging use in other areas of the forum.

They're dried and tucked away until I have time for them.

There's no way to do this programmatically, and that's a lot to keep up with manually.

hey...new member here, an from the way i see it, i dont see how a post count limit to sell/buy/trade would acomplish anything, other than get a bunch of non-since(spell check?) thrown around in the forum. sure, ive made a couple of trades an bout a thing or 2 from the market, but what i get most from this sight is reading about others experiences, good or bad, even if i dont make a comment. it would sure be a turnoff if i HAD to post a certain amount, to be able to purchase something, or sell something. on a side note, the few ive met so far, awsome people, an good lord at the tanks!!!!! i apologize beforehand....i know im not a good speller.

Traci hit it on the head in one of her earlier replies: I'm sure there are people who want to post more under more topics, but we have these handful of people that turn every thread into a squabblefest. That's what turns down people from posting more. Imo

And that handful should be dealt with on a more permanent basis.

Yeah but some people want to be "internet tough guys" which I think is hilarious.
