Well, I am able to send a PM from my phone, and I've double/triple checked the server settings related to this error.  

Bear with me...I'll do more research later tonight.

Let me know.  It has to do with cookies.  It's all over the web where people using PHP have/had this problem.  We all get a 'session id' when we access the site and it's placed in a cookie.  For some reason the session id either isn't being validated on your phone, or multiple session id's are being landed to your phone...I'm not exactly sure yet.  I made a change on the server a couple weeks ago to fix this problem, but apparently your phone wants to be difficult.  :)
