Can't open PMs with Firefox, please help

Hi Traci or who ever answers this,

I can't get my PMs to open with Firefox. Thinks for several seconds then displays a blank page that shows done in the status bar. Opens fine with IE. Was wondering if anyone else has this problem and if you know what I can do to fix it.

Current versions:
Windows XP Home, service pack 3
Firefox 3.0.5
IE 7 version 7.0.5730.11
