Why are we not getting email when we get a pm? Is this feature still available?

That's another feature you set in your User Control Panel. On the left you have a link called 'Edit Options'. There are several options related to Messaging in there that allow you to fine tune things to the way you want them. Let me know if this helps.Our Fishhouse
