fed it some mysis shrimp earlier this morning all parameters are normal, releasing some white smoke /powder looking thing from mouth that clouded my 20g long tank ,,,is this bad?

Didn't realize you have a new tank. Typically the experts recommend a 6 month old + tank before keeping a RBTA. Your parameters need to stabilize.
When RBTA releases white stuffs, it means it does not like something. (it is similar to you throwing up. Maybe it did not like the water. Water change will help.
Don't feed it too much either. It does not need much. I could feed mine 2 times a week or I could go for a month not feeding it at all (It gets what it needs from the food bits I feed my fish)
