I am guessing it would need to be kept in a cold water marine tank with a decent chiller. Likely not impossible to acquire, but would be tricky in locating a diver to collect. They are found off San Francisco bay quite often, just a matter of locating a diver/fisherman in the area and collecting/bagging/shipping it to you.

The Aquarium of the Pacific keeps a tank with them and if you approached their aquarists correctly would likely send what data on their tanks they keep them in
