Hydor Koralia 8 problems

Heads up Hydor Koralia 8 lovers. I purchased & own 4 Koralia 8 for a bout a year now, & they are slowly fading away one by one. The problem I am finding is the same with all 4 Koralias, the impeller would pulse 3 times and stopped,I also own smaller Koralias & some are 4-5yrs old but shown no troubles,just needed cleaning now & then.
And yes I have taken it apart to clean & inspected
-Magnetic shaft is not cracked,split or swollen,all bushing are in good condition.
I am currently contacting Hydor by email for resolutions but they are very slow in responding, I hope that they would step up and do the right thing, they weren't cheap when we bought them new. ( a close friend of mine is also having the same issues & waiting to see how Hydor handle this before he takes necessary steps.)

I had a problem with a K7. I put it away for a couple of months it would run just fine for 3-4 months. Then it would do like you say, pulse and stop. I always thought it was water penetration. It would dry out when I put it away.
