If you haven't fully cycled the coral will not last.
PS that is not cyano, looks like regular old algae.
Looks like there are already a couple of fish. Unless they are dropping like flies, the tank is probably fine for softies. Agree that the algae phase needs to be gone, and phosphates under control before trying LPS or SPS.
