  • Water Quality

Hey, I'm new to the website but not to the hobby. I'm starting an experiment but at a lower scale. I was looking at my water analysis and it looks pretty good, I was going to get yalls take on it, new pair of eyes. tell me what you think.
    Highest Lvl Detected Min-Max Lvl
    Flouride- 0.82 ppm 0.74-0.82

    Nitrate- 0.35 ppm 0.01-0.35
    Barium- 0.25 ppm 0.015-0.25
    Chloramines- 2.26 0.55-3.57
    Ph- 7.5 7.5-8.5

Is this water suitable for coral or do you think the nitrate is too high?

I think the avg in the south pacific is around 0.25 so the nitrate isn't real bad i think it'll be fine. How many pounds of live rock do you have that always helps to lower it and what size aquarium.... Welcome to the box!

Thank you, its a small scale tank. 3 gallons, I plan to put 1.5 pounds of live rock, with a 15 watt compact florescent.
