SOS bump- chip my tank

One of my friends hit my tank with some kind of stone and i would like to repair, another guy told me to buy lack Electro-Static Paint 1/2" Aluminum Angle Extrusion on amazon and black silicon or glue....or glass shop... so i need help please.... the manufacturer said " we do not do any repairs or have extra glass panels for any of our aquariums. maybe its another option to fix this, the picture is atached'
