Do post pictures of the set-up process.
Well, when you can post the water conditions and we all know the tank is cycle you can have these two frags.
One zoa colony has about 10 heads on it, the palys has only like 3.I ate my fish that died.

just shoot me a pm if you need some....
i think dont put too many in there should be better for your fuge set up...
they do grow pretty fast once on track...and you have to trim some away once in awhile...
i heard that cramming too much in there is not really good...

I have to go to the store and pick up some items I plan on doing that this weekend. Just wired up the LED to make sure it works the adapter I have has like 8 plugs so I can go crazy and I plan on hooking up my moonlights to it as well and run the fuge all night. Nothing is alive.

So I finished the fuge. Here is the set-up below.
I started with two LED lights, mesh from Michaels, zip-tie, and aluminum foil
I made a cylinder with the mesh to hold the cheato. I also created bottom and top so that I can minimize how much escapes. The top isnt fully closed so that I can add and take some out.
I wired the lights and glued them to the aluminum foil and taped this to the back of the tank.

Got the idea from Marsh. Its pretty cool idea. I came up with the aluminum foil idea. I used the aluminum foil to both prevent light from escaping into my room and I used the reflective side to to reflect the stray light into the chamber similar to the lights on a tank. The hole thing cost me about $20 and thats the lights. You can get the mesh for $.40, everyone has aluminum foil in their kitchen, zip ties were a $1 for the whole pack at the dollar store, and I had extra packing tape laying around.Last edited by Darbex; 01-15-2010, 10:24 AM.
