Looks good. Don't worry about the tea color skimmate. Took my skimmer like a full week to break in on my nano.

What ato did you end up getting?

I got the DIY Top-it-Off Kit Premium - aquahub

I read some really good review for it. Plus wanted to save some money to get more corals.

Have to say that the install process took me a while.

It's not like a plug and play deal.

Really got to read the instructions.

            Here are some more pictures.

Step one, set up the mounts.

Step two, set up the float valves.

Installing anti clog from snails and what so.

            Start next with the wiring.

Hook the wires up to the relay.

More pictures to come in a bit. I need to take some real fast.

              Final install process.

Put the relay in the box.

Still looks messy with all the wires.

Installed the float sensors in the sump.

My RO water tank where the pump will be refilling the SW with to keep salinity sable.

And finally with all the wires clean up the final product looks like this.

Let me know what you guys think!

              Thanks.

Fine, I'll go take some pictures and post them up.

                    Acan world!

And the collection of acan will start growing. I'm getting 6 more frags tonight.

Lights hanging from the ceiling. Way cleaner then conduit pipes, IMHO.

Complete tank setup as it is now.

Full tank shot, I had way more rocks in my 45f then I thought. I need to take some out to keep the look more minimal in this tank. Also need to rescape the coral arrangement. I kind of just toss all my corals in the tank when I did the transfer.

And finally the sump shot. I plan on removing some live rock and added a media reactor later on. I'm also going to redo all the wiring so it looks cleaner.

let me know what you guys think.

Is that a metal hose clamp in sitting in water? If so they thing is gonna crash your tank.

Take it out before it starts rusting. Get the plastic hose clamps.

I think i know why i lost a ORA coral and a blue tort. Its cus I had a metal clamp start rusting on me. Mines wasn't sitting in water, but I didn't know when i stopped my pump and the water level in my tank rose. The clamp got wet. After a few times it started rusting. So when I did a water change and added some new corals one time. Everything started to die real fast... I thought it was the coral RX dip but now i think its the rust.

My PVC plumbing had some rust stains all over it. I think this is why my mariculture sps RTN'd pretty much over night after that waterchange/coral dip. My ORA purple plasma was failing apart... you could see chunks of flesh failing off. RTN stopped when i added carbon... so i think it had to be the rust.

yeah, I actually think it last 4-6 actually. The LED doesnt heat up the water.

But I agree, if I take a long trip i'm go with something bigger.

Almost same with me, the water is normally lower but even I do a WC it gets wet.

I do need to change it. Thanks for the tip.
