moving live rocks to brackish

is it possible to move live rocks into brackish tank without killing the bacterias? would the bacteria die if there is little to no water movement? i'm setting up a opae ula tank. they supposedly don't need to be filtered. but having some live rocks give me a peace of mind.

on related note. can i move a fresh water filter into a brackish tank without killing the bacteria?
