Those fan worms are absolutely natural, just be careful in future what you place on the rock.... I have gsp and blue snowflakes, both of which are really aggressive growers, both have been wiped out by growing feather duster/fan worm populations, they'll simply extend their tubes out past the coral and smother them out in numbers
