Florida Live Rock??

I'm setting up a Caribbean biome in a 46 gal, so I really want to stay true down to the live rock, but I can't find Florida live rock in Texas.

Tampa Bay Saltwater and Gulf View seem to be my best options for shipping, but the parameters for ordering online seem ridiculous. I only want to order around 20 lbs of deco rock and 20 lbs of base rock. Any advice?
Are there better places to get Florida live rock?
Is there some way to get it that won't cost an arm and a leg?
Has anyone here in Texas ordered from these companies?
Is there another eastern Atlantic option for live rock?

I am receiving an order tomorrow from Sea Life Inc in Florida. I have a nano tank and ordered their 10# premium rock for $55 shipped. So far they have been extremely helpful. I'll know more tomorrow.
