Anyone move ther rocks aroung just to make sure all the nooKs and crannys are clean? I take everything out in my FW tanks when I clean them but I cant do thet to my SW tank!

I wouldn't move the rocks at all.
For the nooks and crannies, a good cleanup crew should be able to keep them pretty nice and clean. There are all sorts of inverts that keep everything nice.
For the sandbed, depends on what kind you have. Anything more than 4" i would not touch at all. Stirring it up will disturb the anaerobic happenings under there. If you must vacuum, then be careful to only pick up stuff that's sitting on the surface. But usually if you have good circulation, there shouldn't be much of anything sitting on the surface anyway. For "thin" sandbeds, technically you should be able to vaccumn throughout, but you'll also run the risk of sucking out all the good worms and stuff that live down there. Personally, i would use a combination of good circulation and sand sifting critters (like sand sifting starfish, gobys and nassarius snails) to keep the sandbed clean. If you must vacuum, then go at it lightly.
I'd just wipe the glass down (which you should be doing everyday anyway), do a water change, clean any mechanical filters and empty out any skimmers as regular maintainance. Once in a while i will clean out the gunk from the sump, but i almost never mess with the main tank.
