hydor flo?

I went out and got my maxi jet today as an upgrade from my stock pump... and i noticed on some vids people have a hydor flo... would it be more beneficial for my nanocube than its regular nozzle? what does it actually do, just spin and blow water in different directions?

Your correct it rotates and creates random water movement. Many people use it with great success. When I used one algae would built up on it and it wouldn't spin, but it can be cleaned easily.
