Leaking AC70

Acquired an AC70 with a tank purchase and it's leaking badly. Looks like where the impeller socket thing in the inside is partially broken, so the fixture isn't that tight and water gets by it. Any way I can fix it, or is it trash?

If I recall that part comes apart and there is an o-ring there

Yeah someone said silicone but Im not sure where to put it. EK, I dont see an O-Ring. Part of the plastic is broken in the inside where you kinda screw the impeller thing into place.

Ok, I can put some silicone around the part and let it dry so it can be air tight. I'll add an O-Ring for more security. Thanks.
