Bought a month old ballast, works, on single ended bulbs. It won't fire my DE bulb. I have tried several times to inspect, alter the plug configuration, with no success. Has anyone seen this before? My DE bulb is running off my PFO ballast, so I do know it works. On a side note, I think my double 250 watt ballast may be gone, I'll report tomorrow. Dark days ahead on the Clines Reef, literally!
