Think Im going to "start over" on my next day off. Take out all the rock and coral and pick out all of the dead snails. Then siphon gravel, then tip all my rocks and coral before putting back into my tank

The little red guys you mentioned seeing in your fuge are Amphipods. Let them live! They're food, and cleaners. The little white dudes you see gliding on your glass are a type of worm, but they eat pod larvae. Over time you'll tend to notice that they wax and wane - as they feed on the larvae of various types of pods in your tank, they'll eventually establish an equilibrium. I've never seen them damaging any of my corals, but I'm certainly no expert.
