Product Advice?

I got these today from a friend. I've no idea if I should use these. I don't have a massive system just a 13g and a 7g system. They've never been used or opened before. I was wondering if anyone has used these products before and if I should use it to supplement my corals. I have LPS corals, I'm not that experienced in saltwater keeping but I'm willing to learn. I want to get some SPS but I'm not sure that I should get it for a system that small.

Those are good products, since your system is small. You may not need them, regular water change will do the trick for the small tank

+1 Usually dosing is for larger tanks.
