I really like the marine land double bright light .
1) can a double bright led marine land lighting system support Kenya trees and polps?
2) if not what coral can survive with that lighting?
3) how many watts will I need in my tank if the light cannot support that kind of life?
4) who's selling a 24" light currently?

Re: Power heads, Any REEF CAPABLE LIGHT
Honestly your asking questions that have already been answered you should go back and reread what has been written already if you can get a 24" CFL light from your friend that light will be just fine for soft corals not the best but it'll work we've told you what to look for your making everything sound like a broken record

That's a fair price, pc bulbs (the one's in that fixture) are a little expensive to replace, but what bulbs aren't???
Gotta say this though DO NOT GO WITH FILTER SAND FOR A SALT TANK, please, please please research EVERYTHING before you do it with a salt tank, filter sand is silicate based and will cause havoc in your system. Please, read about anything you intend to do, before you make a change you can't reverse!

I tried to help the person, but turned out a corn flake.
Just can't seem to understand, that cheaper is not necessarily better.
if you are worried about money, you have no business getting into saltwater.
Fact of the matter.
simple things will get expensive, not to mention if you are start to get high $$ livestock, equipment
