For Sale:
Aqua Logic chiller (model unknown, but all markings that I can find have been included in the photos attached)
Mag 5 pump w/ ball valve
Ranco electronic temperature controller
I bought this as part of a package deal and never got around to setting it up with my tank. There is no cover for the chiller and to have used it in the house and make it kid friendly I would have had to construct some sort of vented box to keep everyone safe.
I tested it today to confirm that it works and it worked like a champ. I filled a 5g bucket full of water (~78F) and put the mag 5 in and ran the tubing to the chiller. Plugged the Ranco in line with the chiller and set the temp controller for 70F. The unit turned on and began chilling. I went inside to get some lunch and when I came out in less than 30min the compressor had turned off and the Ranco read 70F. I double checked with a floating thermometer and it was certainly 70F.
The unit is not pretty, but it works.
