  • Wanted: SUbstrate

I am in need of substrate, would like to know if there is any place that someone knows of that sell it cheap.
Lowest i seen is eco complete from petco for 17.99 but needs to be shipped because stores dont carry it in stock.

Would really appreciate any help and suggestions of other brands.

For just fish? Leslie's Pool Filter Sand is $10 for a 50lb bag. $18 for eco complete sounds about right

after practicing this hobby on a 10g its now time to go with a larger planted tank.
Going to try and grow dwarf hair grass hopefully i am able to succeed at it still need to look into inexpensive lighting for the 20g long. I was unaware of the cost of all this when i had decided to go planted. Both tanks i have were left at my house after my older brother moved out.

It's not expensive if you do low/med light plants. High light plants would be a pretty penny though.
