Not leaking, the tap piece that you turn broke of.
It looks like i can take the tap off a 16-22mm double tap but then may as well buy a new one.

Drain tap online is 38 best I have seen just make it out of Pbc with a ball value like $8 at the store it's 3/4 inch don't forget a rubber seal or it will leak could use off the drain tap you have I done this before
