For Sale: FS/FT 48" 28 watt T5 bulbs 3000k

i dunno if anyone here would use them but taking a chance
i have a brand new case of these bulbs i priced them at 13 to 18 each
even online you end up paying 14 -15 after shipping and handling fees
if i sale at 10 each the box is 400 but will sale the case of them for 250
im open to offers and trades i dunno if anyone here would use them but taking a chance
