I have a full bottle of Flourish...I used maybe 20 to 30 drops max and no longer have a planted tank. I'd like to trade it for cichlid food.

I probably should mention that my cichlids are/will be labs and demasoni. They are pretty small at this point. I don't think they could eat medium yet....if ever?

just want to let you know this pellet are very soft and it can be crush by fingers and even if you put in water in few seconds so soft that fish can break it easy................ nice food
