I'm selling this because I don't know how to treat things gentle and I wanted something that would house more media, but this was not enough for my 180G (manufacturer says up to 250G, but I would say it would be better for around 125G - just my opinion).
If you look at the pics, you will see a crack in the interior housing and the top of the lid broken. I didn't fill the interior chamber correctly and biopellets got stuck in between both chambers. I got frustrated and pulled the chamber out using pliers and cracked the top (after the top got stuck). *Note - this does not affect the performance of the reactor as I tested it after I cleaned it up. If treated correctly, this thing will work great for your tank.
These are $200 brand new and due to the lack of use, but poor aesthetics, I have knocked a good bit off the price - price is $120. Note, this unit is still in perfect working condition and since it will be situated in your sump, the crack and top should not put you off the price. Good for Bio Pellets and pellet sized GFO and Carbon.
