We have decided to downsize our saltwater fish tanks after we recently got a blue and gold macaw. So up for sale is an approximately 90 gallon glass tank (48 inches wide x 18" deep x 24 inches height). It has a rear overflow. It comes with a nice stand that is furniture grade as well as a large refugium, protein skimmer (with dedicated pump), and all the pumps necessary to operate everything. Also includes glass lids and a choice of 48" T5 (Odyssea T5-120) or 48" metal halide light. This is a running setup with a California stingray, a 1.5 foot marble cat shark, and a dog face puffer. The livestock can be sold separately (but if you want the tank now, you must take the livestock). As you can see, the tank is mostly a sand bed for the stingray and shark right now, but I have a lot of live rock in a separate container that will be provided with the tank if not sold with the stingray and shark.
The tank is absolutely beautiful when well taken care of, but we have not cleaned the tank in a while and the water is a bit green now.
Below are my individual asking prices, but I'm open to considering offers:
Tank and Stand: $350
T5 Light: $50
Metal Halide Light: $75
Refugium: $125
Protein Skimmer with pump: $100
Recirculation Pump: $25
Stingray: $50
Shark: $100
Dog Face Puffer: $25
Package price for all of the above (with only one of the two lights) and live rock: $700
Livestock, protein skimmer and lights are available immediately, but the rest can only be sold once the livestock is sold.
This is in northeast Houston (77044 zip code). I will consider helping with delivery if reasonable (I have an F150 truck to load this in), but I am not taking the tank down myself. Buyer has to take it down and have someone to load into my truck.
I'm open to trades, but I am moving away from such large tanks, so it should be non-fish related. But let me know what you have.
Please let me know if you have any questions about this setup.
