Wanted: 20 tall tank, dbl stand, filter, heater

Looking to buy the following

-20 gal tall tank
-stand that will hold 20 long on top and 20 tall on bottom.
-filter and heater appropriate for a 20 gallon tank
-flexible tubing (like that used in canister filter returns)

Using for WC tank so looking for cheap more than pretty. Must be watertight/stable, though.
