For Sale Tanks and Stands:
C) SOLD - Stand for 30 gallon tank. Particle board and simulated oak veneer. Unlike the tank, this stand has been in the garage and NOT out in the rain. $10.
D) 80 gallon tank, "almost new", black wood stand, and matching wood canopy. The tank is the same footprint as a 70 or 75 (18"x48"), but a few inches taller. I bought this set about 12 years ago, but never set it up or filled it. Apart from some dust in the garage and a few scratches on the stand (a sharpie would probably be enough to hide them), this set is in "like new" condition. Does not include any lights (although the canopy would probably work great with some LED's screwed to the top). Sold together only. $250.
E) 70 gallon "Perfecto" tank, with sturdy wooden stand. 18"x48" footprint, 20" high. Stand is 25" tall. This is an OLD tank, I believe from the late 1980's (I'm the 2nd owner). Lots of hard water/calcium deposits on it, but some CLR would probably make short work of that. This tank is odd in that it was manufactured with NO CENTER BRACE, but with extra-thick glass. I've heard mixed opinions on whether this is "acceptable", however the tank had never leaked as of around 2003. (If it makes you nervous, you can add a brace). It's been empty in my garage since then. The stand is a sturdy wood (not particle-board) stand. I'll sell them separately only if the tank sells first. $100 for tank and stand.
F) 15-gallon tank, lightly used, possibly a couple little scratches on the glass. Footprint 12"x24" (standard 15 long, not tall). $20.
Additional Gear For Sale:
G) SOLD - Aquaclear 70 Fluval HOB filter. New in box. $25.
Free Tanks:
A) 55 gallon tank. Free.
B) SOLD - 30 gallon tank (stand available, see "C" below) Free.
Both tanks have been upside down in the back yard for several years. They clean up nicely. They did not leak last time they were filled, however no guarantees. At worst they'd make lovely terrariums.
(I'll eventually have some other things to list, but I haven't sorted out the "keepers" just yet!)
Most prices are negotiable. Due to a shoulder/arm injury, I can't help you lift any of the heavy stuff.
