Getting out of the Hobby sale everything for $700 obo

you can probably sell it separately and get more for it... I have a falling out with our relationship with my aquatic hobby and no longer have the love for it for quite a while. I figure someone on here on houstonfishbox will love it more than I do now. There might be smaller items I might have forgot, but these are the main items I can see.
Purchaser must know how to take apart down tanks!!
65 Gallon RR tank and stand (purchase 2011)
30 Oceanic Cube with stand (from 2002)
10 Gallon no stand (walmart)

175k mh Hamilton ballast with module attached to homemade top
protein skimmer no pump
cpr hang on refugium
crp I hang on skimmer
2 wet/dry filter
T5 lighting
1 new bulb that has not been installed to the T5
bucket of sand
2 125w and 100w heater
ATO top automatic top off only been used 3 times (lost the box during previous move)
long pine stand (no tank)
reef supplements
some pellet food
2 medium Mag-float
1 small Mag-float for 10 gallon
broken sump (you can probably make something out of it)
2 whisper air pump

1 Yellow tang
1 mandarin goby
live rocks
