All my rocks have bleached and under the SUN for a few weeks, so buy them with less worry.
Dry Rock but not bleach still leach the phosphates, Dry Rock had "bleach" is NOT leach phosphates.
If you have been in the saltwater for a while, then you know the best best way to buy the rock is DRY ROCK had bleached. Buy live rock is a risk and not worthy, that is a reason I bleach my rocks before I sell.
I have:
40 pounds Marco rocks
70 pounds or more mix different type of rocks
14 pounds or more Tonga Shelf rocks (it is not easy to buy this shelf rock at cheap price)
Asking $130
